• Shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force.

Cancellation before shipment only valid on orders placed & delivered in Sri Lanka:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at customercare@suwanda.lk or call us at 9411778 9888 / 94 741769964.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you as soon as possible depending on the bank/payment gateway/net banking schedule.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
• Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
• The Serial Number has been tampered with
• Defective products that are not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
• Product is used or altered
• If request is initiated after 2 business days of receipt of the product to the hand
• Free product provided by the brand

While availing any of the payment method(s) offered at Suwanda.lk, we will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction(s)
• Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and your Bank(s)
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction
• Decline of transaction for any reason(s)

All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) acceptable by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. No other currency will be accepted.

Suwanda.lk may take the following actions in case of a breach:

• Limit your activity
• Remove your information
• Warn other users
• Temporarily or indefinitely suspend/terminate/block your membership
• Refuse access to the website

Suwanda reserves the right to recover any due amount and may take strict legal action including police or authority referrals.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Suwanda and its stakeholders from any claim or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy or any law.

Suwanda reserves the right to recover costs and initiate legal action against users committing fraud or violating terms.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

All site material is protected by copyrights and trademarks owned by Suwanda or licensed third parties. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are accurate or error-free. Remedies include returning the product in unused condition.

Prices, products, and services may change at our discretion. All prices are in LKR and errors in pricing or descriptions may occur.

Product visuals may differ due to quality improvements. We are not responsible for typographical or descriptive errors.

All orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled by Suwanda for any reason. Refunds will be processed in a reasonable time. We are not liable for any damages from order cancellation.

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel and refund. Shipped or customized items cannot be cancelled. Suwanda's decision on cancellation and refund will be final.

Suwanda and its affiliates will not be liable for lost profits or indirect damages. This includes loss of data, goodwill, or intangible losses even if we were informed in advance.
